MR WIMPEY IN HIS GREAT GENEROUS POST XMAS SPIRIT IS NOW
SPENDING £10'S OF THOUSANDS OF POUNDS ON PROTECTING
COLZIUM FROM THEIR FORTHCOMING DEVELOPMENT BY BUILDING
A 6 FOOT POST AND RAIL AROUND THE SITE.
THIS WILL PROTECT THE OUTLOOK FROM COLZIUM,INSTEAD OF AN
UGLY BUILDING SITE,VISITORS WILL BE ABLE TO LOOK AT--
      A NICE FENCE.
HOPEFULLY THIS WILL KEEP THE DEER OUT, TAKING CARE OF
      ANOTHER PROBLEM.
THEY ARE NOT SPENDING THIS MONEY UNLESS THEY ARE PRETTY
SURE OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
SHOULD A FENCE LIKE THIS NOT REQUIRE PLANNING?
MAYBE THEY ARE GETTING A GRANT FRON NLC
