"2.2 It is anticipateted that the application will be placed before the committee in April, however !!! to avoid delay !!! it is !!!considered appropiate!!! , that the commitee determine now the request for a hearing" ie now in March ??????

Are they really taking the piss?
If it came up in April it would be carried on for a site visit and hearing.
Site visit and planning hearing would be later on in May.

After May 3 the people in power who are promoting the site, may,
and in the case of T Barrie wont be there.
Now there is a risky proposition- given vast expense on a new fence (etc, etc),
Oops-- I droped a brown one.

The site will be passed by the comittee.
      Any objections will be ignored.
New "people" will take over "the reigns of power", and will not rock the boat.
Scottish Exec will call in the application.
The site is zoned and only site zoned locally in the forthcoming local plan.
It will be deemed inappropiate and unneccesary for an identified site,
to go to public inquiry as this would be a waste of public funds.

Remember "they have to be accountable".
      (unless we elect them)
