      Auotmatic but ineffectual, due to the way they have worked it.
      Due to the exclusive zoning in the new local plan,
      Scottish Executive are very unlikly to call for any inquiry.
      All that has happened before is irrellevent,
      This is a new application and will be treated in its own merit,
      wrt the current but more importantly forthcoming local plan.

      Done Deal
