      WILL TOMORROW ALLOW NLC PLANNING TO "RUBBER STAMP" THE APPLICATION FOR
      CAVALRY PARK HOUSING, NOW THAT THE CONCERNS AND ISSUES RAISED BY SEPA
      HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED TO THEIR SATISFACTION.

      WELL DONE MR WIMPY
