      Well, lets see. If it has indeed been done and dusted, thats a very sad reflection on the value that the current government places on the two formal reporters enquiries that have been held, and on the green belt restrictions on new development, let alone the value of consulting local communities. I wonder what the two green MSP's who are propping up this minority SNP government think about it....time to play some serious politics maybe.
