I went out looking for another person doing form 8, lots of moves and time involved. So, if I broke it down "each movement" I can see where you are coming from if you were using form 8. But you are conflicting in your message, "for me anyway". Useful or not etc.?

Could you give me a push and maybe a video for me to see, what you feel is good?

I am not into sound, but, visual I enjoy.
