Yes I really should have said Coast Guard. Navy , coast guard it is all just the same to me. But yes he was in the coast guard. And I heard that story directly from Mr Parker himself. I do not remember exactly the story because it has been so many years. But somehow I remember Parler saying that it was outside and next to a ship. And somehow the guy would not move or something.
