Trust me, you do not want to have s neurological syndrome of ANY kind. That stuff breaks you down and hashes you out. It leaves a mark on you and it takes a long time to finally do what David did and start walking again and eventually, your feet remember what to do even though you've lost motor skills and feeling in your feet.
Gotta love those people who walk in a group at the mall or on the sidewalk and they don't try to change their path. I'll give about one body width, if the on coming walker ignores my change, well, anchor your closest arm to your side and keep on truckin' I say. I can be rude also, and I have the mass to back it up.
