Response to Ah but,

 

the front foot is turned in i was referring to the alignment of the back foot with the hips to generate the power weather you are heel up ready to move or heel down for bracing angle your back foot should be straight ahead with the hips. the front foot turned in for protecting the centerline but i dont always agree with that if you move first or fast enough it wont be an issue imo...
