I somewhat agree about the partial artist. I am not Parker Kenpo, so I do not judge that system. What I have noticed there are some that lost the meaning of the system. Has become a system of memorization vs a system that develops certain concepts and skill sets for the real world. So what is worse, someone teaching a system they do not understand, or someone developing a system that they do understand? It will depend on many factors.
As Larry Tatum has been taught by Ed Parker, as some others were also, I would hazard a guess he has a deeper understanding of said system than most.
Anyways, it is what it is. People will do what they wish.
