They are all considerations, but to label them all as "under the umbrella of environment" is not the best term, the term "considerations" does nicely, things to consider.

The considerations interact with each other, if the opponent slips in the bar, the target may move, or if he manuevers behind a tall barstool (bolted down, or not bolted down - these are considerations too, I could kick the loose barstool into him anyway!), the target of his groin is now behind cover. If my wrist is sliced by his knife, natural weapons with that hand may become unavailable, if he circles behind me, or puts himself between me and the exit, he steps through forward, he shuffles, multiple opponents, a bouncer pins my arms or puts a lock on me or grabs one of my arms, all of these are "considerations"
