At 0:19 and 0:22 your dorsal cavity is out of alignment. This many have to do with where you positioned yourself in the technique or you may not be lengthening your spine and curling your coccyx up with your chin tucked. It re occurs throughout your techniques but is much less noticeable after the points I mentioned but still a factor in your movements. What it is does is lesson your power and can cause you to reach for targets. When you speed up it is very slight but still there. Dorsal alignment aka erect carriage is referenced in the II books. When you are able to lengthen your spine you will move freer and faster naturally and it will show on film.
