This isn't a post about Kenpo, but it does concern sporting excellence and as martial artists I'm sure we all appreciate that.

From the brilliant Victoria Pendleton (cyclist) to Nicola Adams (women's boxing) to Jade Jones (taekwondo), Sir Chris Hoy (cycling), and all the other superb Team GB athletes.
What an unforgettable 17 days it's been here in London.
