During the weekend of October 15th, 2011 Curtis Abernathy's Kenpo School in San Antonio Texas will be hosting another Texas Ohana. During this weekend of training black belts will be sharing with others in the spirit of brotherhood.
The idea is simple. Black belt instructors who wish to come and teach a one hour class can attend the entire event FREE of charge. Brown belts and under can participate in the entire event for only a $10 bill.
Black belts are expected to teach a segment of their choice. Black belts who wish to participate, BUT not teach may attend once by paying the $10 fee, but will not be able to attend another of our events without giving something to the group, by teaching.
The monies collected will be used to buy the instructors dinner Saturday evening.
Help make this "the event of the year" in Texas. Come, participate, and bring your students to experience the wealth of Kenpo knowledge available without the expensive fees charged by some kenpoists who are only willing to share their knowledge if it hurts your wallet! Sorry if this is painful to anyone's ego.
Hope to see you there.
