Hi, I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to control and develop psychic abilities. I have been to see two mediums in the past year, have been told the same each time, that I have a gift and need to develop it. I am just not sure how to do it! I so far have been told to go on a course for a weekend, which is very expensive. I was told not to join a circle yet. I read tarot cards for friends and family, get woken up a night on a fairly regular basis, I see people, no I am not mad!! but this does not amount to much as I am usually frightened by this.

I have been told to open my channels, not sure really how to do this, I have started yoga, which helps with meditation. I am also worried about my son who is seven, he has started, not wanting to go upstairs on his own without lights on etc, even during the day, I have talked to him about it, he says that he has seen a man standing in my bedroom and once behind me in the doorway. I was not frightened by this and just stayed calm and asked him if he had seen anything else he told me he had seen a little girl with her mum in his bedroom, I asked if they had said anything, he said her name was alice and they were both angels.

Try the london psychic centre-they should be able to help you.I have been given the same advice as you,and it is daunting.You could start with just sitting with someone you feel comfortable with.Are you able to read over the internet?This has happened to me?I fel you need the confidence.Once you get started and you will find it easier.It will flow.
