A US study group has concluded that 13,000 people died in the conflict in Iraq.
BBC Report
The group "Iraq Body Count" - which has been keeping a tally of civilian deaths since the beginning of the invasion - puts the number of non-combatant deaths at more than 8,000
Iraq Body Count
That's three times the number of people estimated to have been killed in the 9/11 attacks.
Both events were instigated by fanatical rubberheads who deserve to be strung up by their you-know-what's.
The weapons used to carry out the 9/11 attacks cost just a few dollars - the price of a few box-cutters.
The illegal weapons used against the civilian population of Iraq (long range missiles and indiscriminate cluster bombs dropped on densely populated areas in the middle of the night) cost billions of dollars.
And now George Bush is passing the beggar's hat around the countries of the UN - most of which were strongly opposed to the invasion - to raise the money needed to restore Iraq to the condition it was in before it was destroyed by US-imposed sanctions and a totally unjustified war in which - as usual - the "ordinary" men, women and children were blown up in their beds, while the war criminals who ordered these cowardly attacks stayed at home and entertained other dictators and tyrants who, for the moment, they are happy to call friends and allies.
