It has happened since about 3 years ago. My friends, my parent, my neighborhood, and other people around me, know about what i am thinking. They can feel about everything i feel and think. They can know if i feel sad, angry, etc. They even know if i quietly listen to their conversation even though i be in other room (they don't see me). They say that it's like a shadow to them.
It makes me having stress. Because my mind disturbs and i can't concentrate. They always speak loudly or shout about what i am thinking.
I hope someone in this forum can help me to solve this problem or maybe giving some advice/idea to me.
