artistic integrity -that is the key here.

The horrors of modern factory farming

We all wish we could life in a world where someone could hit a ??? emergency stop/time reverse button and everything would stand still for an instant then bad events would become magically erased or undone

all bad energy would disappear and everything would be back to normal. But what is normal?

cooking oils and nutritional benefits

Your best combination is olive oil (extra virgin from the first press) and 1,5 teaspoons of flaxseed oil or 1,5 tablespoons of canola oil. I might be wrong about the canola oil amount, I suppose it's detailed on the nutrition section of the vegansociety.com. In any case, the "supplemental" oils are not to be overdone, more is not better as that again disrupts the balance. Flax and canola must be consumed cold.
