These are important points concerning the bigfoot that only actual field researchers can experience and witness firsthand. Sitting in the living room and routinely punching on a keyboard "simply won't do!" This is not to present an argument BUT, ANYONE who does REAL research knows this. And I think that you two are overlooking the following.
These are a few of "the great many" bigfoot characteristics as witnessed by researchers all over the world:
• hairy(most of the time BUT not all of the time)
• multi-colored or solid colored at times(as in hair, undercoat or fur)
• may be racial (black, brown, tan or caucasian skinned)
• may exhibit different facial characteristics(Asian eyes, African American nose, male pattern baldness etc.....)
• have either long or short hair coat
• tend to be larger than modern humans (sometimes not)
• smelly at times (at times not all of the time)
• some are "ape-ish" in appearance....some are more human looking
• some have the ability of speech (some may not)
• some may have the ability to reason(some may not and may exhibit ONLY animal characteristics)
• some live in family units (some are rogue)
• some are curious about modern humans (some absolutely hate us).
• some use tool implements (some do not)
• some have big feet (some do not)
• some have limited to heavy psychic ability (some may not)
• some bigfoot have the ability to influence their human viewer either possitively or negatively; physically, mentally or emotionally (some do not)
• some bigfoot have the ability to appear and disappear at will (I and others have experienced this)....AND.....WE are not "looney!"
• at times tracks appear and simply "vanish" (almost as if the bigfoot simply floated away)
My conclusion:
Based on stories and tales of Native Americans....they knew that the bigfoot were "special" people. A unique tribe if you will. We as modern humans and in our own arrogance have and tend to overlook that aspect. We are not dealing with a simple flesh and blood animal. On the otherhand; we are not dealing with a purely dimensional entity either. I firmly believe that the bigfoot have a high capability of being in "our" dimension (and therefore being able to leave behind trace such as hair, foot prints and the like). When they are HERE, they are VERY MUCH meat and bone. BUT, the reality is that "THEY" are not here all of the time (I know this from field experience). The point I am making is that bigfoot exhibits flesh, blood, trace, disappearance and high psychic abitlity. Those things in themselves make bigfoot ALSO paranormal ("paranormal" is defined as "ANYTHING" unexplainable out of "our" normal existence as we've come to know it). We simply don't know what they are and therefore a conclusion can't be given. But my gut-feeling tells me that we are "on to something HUGE that brings forth more spiritual, mental, emotional and physical abilities than we previously thought imaginable!"
