I paid about $70 down at the K Mart in about 1980 but I see they're up to $170 now. Yeah Reaver, like I said. That little 60 fired many and many rounds and I can honestly not remember it ever jamming. I had a X3-X9 scope on it and I was pretty good at a hundred yards or more. Or I could sight down the barrel with my left eye and kill a running jackrabbit in three shots. Had a stock mounted spotlight and the cotton fields in west texas were ripe with jackrabbits and prairie dogs. I'm no longer killing animals I don't eat, so I don't want to hunt. I just want to kill the shit outta a bunch of tin cans. I think the model 60 is probably the one I'm gonna want. Dad's got a nice new Henry repeater I could use, but semi auto is so nice and I do remember my little model 60 was such a champ.
