I am currently trying to develop a cheap and effective alternative to carbonfibre parts using fiberglass. I already have several orders for 200sx and CRXs for tailgates as with all old cars, certain parts are always known to rust. Which corrolla do you have, is is the trueno AE86 or just a hatchback. Do you know if the tailgate is a common part to rust through and also would there be a demand just for the weight reduction factor. The weight saved on the tailgate is quite alot espicially if you remove the rear windscreen wiper motor and get perspex or polycarb rear window.
