I am building the same bike, I do not have a spare chain gaurd but could send photos and dimensions if it would help. By the age of your add, you might have found one already. I'm at a stage where the engine is half built, I'm stuck for a drive sprocket for the magneto or dimensions for one.and i'm half way through the frame. If i can help please let me know, I have taken dozens of photos of the strip down and reassembly.
