Timna is crouched behind the kitchen table. Helen is jumping up and down whispering quite loudly for everyone to get down ready for the surprise. Helen stops her jumping without much consideration for whatlay beneath. "Get off my foot Helen!" Deb cries....

..."and mind my tooter, I want the tickle feather to still work when Louise gets here!"
Deb gives the tooter a quick test run and the paper 'tongue' rolls out with a nice snappy flick and a merry toot. She grins and crouches behind a balloon that says, "Congratulations...it's triplets!" (Well what do expect when a party is thrown together this quickly!)

Louise drops her bag and glances towards the forum. The door is open a crack and it's dark inside. "Is that a streamer in the doorway?" She walks up to the door and opens it...

after a rather sharp nudge from Timna and Deb, helen stops jumping up and down. " sorry Deb, I can't see its all dark in here" she says, " I just get so excited with surprises". yeah and all the helium you swallowed everyone else thinks.
"Oooo, I think I see Louise coming" someone whispers.
In her inability to sit still helen has managed to somehow ( or maybe it was idjit her evil twin) tie everyone's feet together with streamers, could potentially cause injury, could potentially be very funny......

helen reaches up to grab hold of the table to stabilise herself.Mmmmm cream pie, no she resolved to behave this time. But if she had to defend herself that'd be different right.....

Its dark, but that hasnt stopped Deb, Helen and Timna from exploding into a war cry "Suprise", shaking the walls in the process. Louise is in the room, laughing readily as her hand reaches for the light switch by the door.....

Fiona bursts through the door, then halts as she realises Louise has already arrived.

"Crap! I'm late! Sorry guys - I got stuck at work," she explains. "But I brought the music like I promised! I did one better though - I borrowed a DJ! What do you guys want to listen to?"

Louise basks in the happy glow of seeing her friends again, trying to ignore Helen's hand on the cream pie. She wouldn't... would she? The DJ turns out to be a storyteller, so after he has set up soft music, the girls gather around to hear his story of a far away land where fierce nomadic tribesman battle the ruling class for their right to occupy their lands.

No punch in sight. So far so good. And Helen has let go the cream pie to get out her notebook. Timna and Fiona gaze adoringly at the DJ, wondering if he's a horsey kind of guy. Maybe they can invite him to a trail ride tomorrow. But no, they have to write!

Louise snuggles up in the corner, happy to watch and listen, and dream of her own far away land where the Maelstrom is stirring and destiny is settling old debts...

See what happens when a person falls asleep for 2 days!
They miss the entire party! Louise is snuggled in a corner, Helen is pithering near the table of food debating whether it looks better to eat or decorate the walls with. Fiona and Timna are entranced with the story, or is that the story teller???
So Deb rubs the sleep from her eyes and flops down on a snuggly pillow. She drifts into the world of the story teller, though one eye is on Helen! Better to be safe that sorry huh!!!

A pie flying throught the air is an usual thing to see at the best of times. However on the off chance someone invited Helen to a party it is not...so it was no shock to see one fly and land on top of the storytellers head, slipping down to rest in his lap. Timna and Fi rise at once, the story trance is lost! Deb contiunes to sleep...only now everyone notices her snoring. Louise jumps through the air, pretty much in the same way a pie flies. The target... Helen .......

after standing put a while trying to figure out why everyone was giving her strange looks, helen looks up from her notebook to see Louise flying through the air - a minute ago she could have sworn that Louise was sleeping. helen looks down to the table in front of her looking for something to defend herself with. strangley enough, the cream pie has disappeared. Hmmmm she didn't remember throwing it. She looks over to idjit, the evil twin that apparently only she can see. Idjit is otherwise occupied tying helium balloons to Deb's hair while she continues to snore through it all.
With little time to impact helen siezes a bowl full of marshmellows upends the bowl into the salsa and then grabs handfuls of sauce covered marshmellows and pegs them at Louise. Uh oh, some of the misguided marshmellows miss Louise and are heading towards Timna and Fiona. helen doesn't need a crystal ball to see what's going to happen next, she's in BIG trouble......

It's all out war now!! Not even our beloved storyteller can hide from the missile morsels!! Fi picks one of the marshmallows from her hair and pops it in her mouth.

"Not bad, actually!" She exclaims, and the proceeds to the table to grab the remains of the packet and the salsa. Crawling under the table, she hides from the mayhem and starts out on her disgusting feast.

Meanwhile the rest of the party is starting to get ugly, as Louise, Timna and Helen plan their attack on the snoozing Deb.....
