Oh my goodness........how time flies.........

I don't think I have posted on the BB for a couple of years, you know how it is.....life just gets really busy.

You might remember that I have two girls, Alia (now 11 going on 35) and Aislinn (9 going on, well 85....she's an old soul). Had a husband, Jason, but I managed to lose him somewhere along the way! No he didn't die, we just decided that we should end things before we started hating one another. A fantastic tactic as it turns out as we are pretty much best friends now.

I eagerly await your new book Louise.....sounds great! Now that winter is over and the girls are a bit older, I'm hoping to get on here more often.

Also good to hear you're finding some "you" time. What are you reading lately? And I remember you used to give us the "movie update" too. That would be great. I can't remember the last time I saw a movie.

Went and saw Little Miss Sunshine last week!

I give it a 5 out of 5. Alan Arkin was brilliant, don't wait for this one to come out on DVD!!!!! There are some scenes that totally deserve the big screen.

Any chance of deleting those links at all! If I go in to reply to the message and open it in that screen, it is bringing up the Real Player skins and you can actually watch the vids. It just won't let me delete them!!!!!

The videos are working perfect on my computer.(Love the choice of music too). You must be so proud of your two cherubs. Top skiers too.

The girls pick their own track every year, Aislinn is a mad keen Rogue Traders fan - Voodoo Child last year. Alia is a bit more eclectic - last year we had Britney Spears (My Prerogative)this year it's all about Gwen Stefani!!!

Alia is sponsored by HEAD Skis at the moment - She's the top skier for her age group in the ACT and 2nd in NSW - Wants to go to the olympics in 2014. Aislinn wants to go the following round - but looking at her now, I think it will be moguls and not Alpine she will be heading for. Who knows though, it's still a long way away! They might discover boys and give skiing away at a competitive level!
