Response to how do I attempt to enter the drifting world?

yes there maybe d1 usa but the only pros are the japanese. everyone in the us is still an amature i don't care how good he/or she is. I don't know even why they are making us d1 drivers for. how long did it take japan to have d1? a long ass time. plus the guys in d1 have been doing this for 10 plus years. us pro drifitng is a joke. drifitng is still young in the states and some people already want to have a us pro drifting circut? not naming him but his intials are K.M. they should keep comps as grassroots comps like hawaii still does. thats why i give big props to shimos for keeping the hawaii scene real and not sell outs like cali.
