FWD cars can drift. You had said so in your responds. You said uses the e-brake. The e-brake is used to drift. The technique is called the e-brake drift. Another thing I have to argue is that you do not need to apply the e-brake through the entire corner. If entered at a high enough speed, even on dry tarmic, once the car is parallel you can let out the e-brake and then counter steer. If entered correctly the momentum of the car well carry it throw the corner. This technique is not used for longer type corners but more for 90 degree type turns. One other thing is that AWD cars take corner differently then RWD. This is because you must enter corner at it full speed so the car can be carried through, and counter steer is very tricky because it is rarely needed the car drives the sideways by its self, but if you oversteer to much you may need to counter steer to correct the car.
