What would you prefer a old Classic like the RX-7 Infinite (FC) or the new
Generation RX-7 (FD)?

I would go FC, although it's obvious that the FD is more fit for drifting. I drive a GT-X myself.

FD hands down, but thats just me

(PS:I have owned both and it seems like a FC is much easier to get sideways without spinning out, fd's tend to just spin all the time. then again I suck ass because my reaction time is soooooo fricken slow that by the time i start countersteering, its too late to recover from :( at least i can admit it. :) )

crap, i forgot to mention the most obvious thing why a fc would be better then a fd at getting sideways... you dont really have to worry that much about smashing a fc as they cost a fraction of the price of a fd does, that fear of smashing your fairly expensive car (which is actually not really that expensive when you have a good paying job; for those of us which have part time/minimum wage jobs, it does seem very very expensive) can make you hesitate for a split second and that split second is all it will take to make you go flying in to something you dont want to...

oh yeah, fc's are quite a bit lighter then fd's are! my stripped out fc was so much lighter then my fd is that its not even funny!
