Response to resolutions? |
|
terrorists are much like soldiers, they are willing to die for a cause that is (to them) just and right.
the diference between a terrorist and a soldier, is that soldiers work for a state and terrorists work for themselves.
in many situations these people would prefer to diplomaticly resolve issues. unfortunately in most situations there is no opertunity to resolve issues without violence.
in some cases however (when it comes to fundamentalist religion) things aren't always flexible.
The danger with religion is, if you ask the average joe-schmuck in perth what they think of muslims, he'll probably go on some rant about how we should nuke them all...
there are many many many muslims who are lovely people... just as there are many christians, jews, or hindu's who are lovely people... but everyone has their extreemists... even within religions you have people fighting each other... look at the catholics & the podestants in northern ireland.
it is often said that america is the most fundamental state... and i often agree.
but iraq... that a complete different story.
thats just a scape goat for not being able to find bin laden. aswell as a strategic move toward getting access to oil reserves and not having to deal with iran all the time.
