i'm not sure if they are saying this is the 4th wave, as in "this is what the 4th wave would be" or if they don't know their genre enough and think that "this is the next wave" (which would be 5th wave).

i was thinking "how typical" and then came the 90s flashback verse #1... oh then this strange Assorted JElly Beans guitars, meets "hardcore" drumming, meets some emo guy singing the chorus. needless to say followed buy cliche scream.

they have potential... maybe their other songs are half decent.

but this just reeks of "we like ska, but its not popular enough, so we'll modenise it by adding some hardcore and emo bits." too much for my tastes.
