I would say I was kinda dissapointed. Like Michele said they cut out a lot of good stuff, but they did replace the stuff that they cut out with good stuff, like ron saying " Good thing we didn't panic" when they got through the devil's snare.And with the mirror of erised he said he looked good and Hagrid was great. So I wasn't that dissapointed. N ow I'm looking forward to seeing LOTR on saturday.
