I have seen that movie too. Anita is very pretty in there, and I'm not saying this cuz I'm her big fan. But in that movie, she is very pretty and youthful.
As for the question, I don't know.. I think it's just a name.. but I think the plot of the movie is in China, so they just made up that title?
