Anita and especially Stephen Chow are so funny in it. I have seen it about a dozen times but I still laugh every time. I love the toilet scene the most. Do you guys know if Stephen Chow actually sang while he played the piano? Anita's short haircut in the movie was really cute. As for the title, I think that he was sent to Beijing for the mission and there met and fell in love with Anita. Just a guess.
