The singer should be Tarcy So (So Wei Luen) the very pretty, sweet & talented Taiwanese singer who sings "Lemon Tree". Debbie is right, name of the song is "Fun Fei".
That is one of my favourite scene - so romantic and beautiful, beyond description. Ying Ying is so charming, cool and attractive. I have watched that part over and over again, probably more than 10 times. (Smiley, I am as crazy as you are) That scene is always in my mind and I know I will always remember that for the rest of my life ....
