Ha! Ha! I'm wondering too! But thank gdness we do have some diff in our views & likes/dislikes. Otherwise, it wld be 'scary', rt? hee! hee!

btw, i've watched some anita's movies over the years (mostly over local tv & some over m'sian tv, when i cld still receive them) even b4 i was a fan of her but i realized i donch know the names of many of them 'cos i somehow didn't catch the titles as i happened to watched them & was glad i did as i was always impressed by her acting, tho' not all movies were gd ones. cld u help me w/ some of them? (both eng & chinese names if u cld, pls) Here're the synopses of the movies i've seen:

1. A comedy w/ Tony Leung Kar Fai. It's abt a couple who meets once year, every year & how their r/s develops thru'out the years. Strangely, I kinda like this movie 'cos i thot it was rather romantic affair somehow & how they portray their r/s. (and i'm not the romantic kind)Thanks.

2. She's a single mother in this show, starring opp Lau Ching Wan (Liu Qingyun). She's a top executive and Lau is the company's boss's son who fell for her. But she realised her ex-lover, father of her son, is now the brother-in-law of Lau. He tried to threaten her to leave Lau, etc. She left for S'pore. He found her. They finally end up tog, migrated to S'pore, where anita's parents are. Quite a nice show, w/ a nice song too.

3. Paired w/ Lau Ching Wan again, it's a comedy abt 2 young pple who end up staying tog. She got pregnant & gave birth when his ex-girlfren pg him. & she thot they were tog again but it was a misunderstanding & he looked for her. I thot she looked very realistic as a pregnant woman, abt to give birth.

4. Also paired w/ Lau. It's set in the '60's and anita was an aspiring actress but only got minor roles. When Lau finally got to be the director, he made her famous. He has always loved anita but due to a misunderstanding, anita left & Lau co-habitated w/ another actress & anita was due to marry a rich, m'sian couz but at the last minute, she actually swam all the way back fr the ship & lau's bride-to-cut shouted 'cut' at the wedding ceremony & asked Lau to go after anita. They met each other half-way at the studio & kissed. The scene was filmed by another director who was doing that scene. Since then, they watched this scene during each of their anniversary.

5. A horror movie, w/ Shu Qi , can't remember who was the male lead. Shu Qi was a ghost who took over Anita's body & identity & made everyone else forgot who she was, except her priest who helped her exorcise the ghost. Can't remember if i finished the movie, cos i don't watch horror movies.

6. She's an ad exec, married to Emil Chau, a rich hotelier. Lydia Sum was the evil mother-in-law out to make trouble for her. She thot her husband had an affair w/ his Shanghainese colleague but it was all a set-up by Lydia. They reconciled in the end.

No, I've not watched "Till Death Do us Part" tho' i've stumbled upon the rave movie review on net while searching for anita's stuff. I remember the critic saying that if this were a Hollywood movie, it wld hv won an Oscar! SO I think i shd watch it, tho' it's going to be heart-wrenching seeing anita so heartbroken & driven to killing someone.

I've also watched "Da San Yuan" (is it "Tristar" in eng?) where Leslie Cheung was the priest & she a callgirl & how they were reformed later on. She looked very pretty in the wedding gown & her eyes were juz so magnectic, gosh!

I also like the movie, i think it's called "Wo Yao Huo Xia Qu" or something like that where Zhang Aijia was her step mother & she plays someone who needs to walk w/ a crutch. Later she was cured by Emil Chao, Zhang's childhood sweetheart. In the end anita ends up w/ emil & helps him in his political campaign. It's a good movie & anita was convincing acting those walking disability scenes.

I think that's abt it i can recall watching.

btw, I've got a feeling pple who likes someone as unique as anita who usually not like actress like fann. and fann's the same age as anita (yes, also born in '71)
