hoping for this when i posted the msg, "Calm down everyone" and asked for male's opinion on this, on 4 Mar.
I know many of us may sound rather harsh w/ ChiLam when we read abt certain of his actions but i guess itz fr women's point of view...so things like we wld like a b/f to be caring to their g/f, to not drag a relationship, esp when the girl feels like marrying & most importantly, we're really worried for anita...like wat rachel said, there's a tighter deadline for a woman to get married & have kids 'cos of nature's biological clock (itz not gd for a woman to give birth too late) & woman tends to age faster. I can fully understand that to a man, his career is very impt & most of the time, they want to have some achivements before settling down but itz also not easy for any woman to wait for 1 more yr & 1 more yr &.....
And while we give ChiLam credit for being loyal to anita for the past 10 yrs, we are at the same time very worried, especially in the light of many break-ups of celebrity couples who have dated for more than 10 yrs. Dating for more than 10 yrs w/o marriage is always risky, for normal pple & esp for celebrities, when temptations are a plenty & when their partners are always not ard 'cos like it or not, many affairs in real life begin when one party feels lonely & starts to be friendly w/ another, all affairs starts innocently at first...i know they're used to being apart most of the time but that doesn't mean itz always safe & itz a fact dat all relationships does cool down a little after many yrs (& usually, guys do take a girl for granted after a while), so itz not too wise to tempt fate all the time...of course once married, there's no guarantee a couple will be happy together forever but at least itz kinda give the woman some security for the time being....
