Anita is selling her 1,700 square feet home at HK’s Repulse Bay. The luxurious home at Lai Keng Yuen was bought for HK$10.5Mil in 1998 under a company name. Although the current asking price is HK$10.7Mil but after deducting lawyer’s fees and renovation cost, Anita effectively does not earn any profit from this.
Anita seldom spend time at her home as she’s usually at Chilam’s house at Nam Wan (I’m not sure if the eng name of Nam Wan is South Bay – just a direct translation) Is she selling her home so it’s more convenient for her to ‘keep an eye on’ Chilam since there’s always rumours of Chilam going out with his co-stars? (HK’s reporters are so mean..why must they always say something bad when it’s just a simple act of selling one’s home! Can’t stand them! )
