Dated 22 Mar: According to HK media reports, Anita attended the dinner held in conjunction with the HK Movie Expo and had a group photo taken with the rest of the past Best Actress winners. Looking visibly rounder, Anita explained that, "I had worked too hard last year and was in poor health. Doctor told me that work stress had led to a lack of nutrients. So, I rested for 3 months and rejected many roles in tv series." Re pregnancy rumours, "Well, I've already clarified and I there's nothing I can do if the rumours persists. It's only recently that my health has improved. Hence, I've put on weight."
Asked if she would be a "Dog Year Bride" (this year is the Year of the Dog), she said, "No. I'll get married if I'm pregnant. Let nature take its course." But she also added with a laugh, "Maybe I would get married if I'm suddenly in the mood!" She said she had an understanding with her manager that one "can't earn all the money in the world." Hence, she had rejected job offers and had a good rest. So, does she also have a similar understanding with Chilam? "He didn't allow me to work these few months. He realized my health poor was getting poorer by the day and I was in a bad mood too." So did Chilam supported her these few months? "Well, I'm not a spendthrift, so it's OK." She also admitted that she had quit smoking and influence Chilam to do so.
So, looks like it's true that they've both quit smoking Good for them :D
And it seems to be Anita is really taking good care of her health, to prepare herself to be a mother soon?
