This appeared in one of Taiwan's newspapers in which the reporter interviewed Anita about her wedding plans.
The reporter called Anita, who is in Gwongchow right now, and congratulated her on her February 8, 2001 wedding. Anita immediately denied that she's getting married on that day. She said she and Chilam do have plans to get married next year, but they have not set a date yet. She also said that right now both of them are busy filming movies and so far the only day they're free is this year on December 31. The reporter asked if they will get married on Dec. 31 then. Anita's reply was that even though they're both free on that day, Dec. 31 is a holiday in Hong Kong, so nothing is open and they can't get married. In early February Chilam's plan is to fly to Australia to do a show for 3 days, then to American for more shows. Anita will join him on the trip, but she said Chilam will be busy with his work while she's going to enjoy her vacation and relax.
As for what kind of wedding she wants, Anita said the wedding will be in H.K. and it will be a simple wedding with just some friends. She does not want to wear a wedding dress.
Chilam was also interviewed for this article. He also denied that he and Anita will marry on Feb. 8, but they will marry sometime next year. He laughed and said that some reporters like to act as elders, setting wedding dates for them. He revealed that he will be busy filming a movie in January and February. Then in early February he will head to Australia and America to do some shows. Because he will be busy with the shows, he defintely will not get married during that time. He said he is the type of person who separates his work from his personal life.
