Chilam announced that he will cancel his wedding plans for 2001. Initially he wanted to get married in 2001, but even when he hasn't fixed a date on the marriage, there are reports in a magazine that he'll get married in January in Las Vegas etc etc. He said he had asked that magazine where they get the news from, but they refused to tell him.
He says that he wants a wedding which takes place naturally, but because of all these rumours, it is as though the wedding isn't natural, so the wedding will not take place this year. The plan has been cancelled.
He says that probably it's his fault, that he has been mixing his private and public life to the media... He says that from now on, he'll not talk about his love life to the media. He'll have a 'no comments' attitude when facing the media (asking him questions about his private life). He'll also not announce when his wedding will be postponed too. He said that this decision is made by everyone. Anita stands by his decision and said she doesn't know when the wedding will be postponed to.
