      Look at the both of you . . . each have you polarized each other . . . extremists in your own rights. See how your ego and personal feelings get in the way of things? No wonder nothing ever gets accomplished.

      Nas . . . no need to defend yourself, those who know you know you are not a racist.

      third year . . . no need to brag about passing Step 1 . . . remember, all it takes is one mistake and you are no longer in medical school, plus you too can get sued in civil court.

      In a perfect world we wouldn't have to worry about bias of any sort, however we don't live in a perfect world do we? Instead of bickering this out, find a solution in a equitable manner for all. Being part of the problem and blaming others or policies is the easy way out, it's being part of the solution is what is hardest, yet most fulfilling.

      Lead by example or end up being an example.
