| I just got an ASR-10 with external SCSI hard disk and CD drive. I also have hella samples in .wav format that I could easily burn to CD. The question is how would I (A: Transfer the files from CD to the external hard disk, and (B: convert the .wavs to be ASR-10 format samples? anyone who could drop some wisedom on me would be much appreciated. |

I have never done this with a SCSI drive, but this is what I would try:
Connect the drive into your computer. Use a program like Awave Studio to convert wavs to efe -files. Use EPSDisk to write the efe -files on your SCSI drive. I believe Windows recognizes the drive, although it can't show what's on it. | |
