how can i change the quantisize(or how ever its called) on the asr.I wanna change it to 1/16 cause right now its really hard to record a drum sequence cause the machine is recording in a really weird way...no matter how many times i try i always come up with a off beat drum sequence...and i was thinking maybe its the quantisize that giving me the problem.Any help is appreciated.

Once you select which track to quantize, use the up and down arrows (or the data slider) to change the timing. It goes from 1/4 notes up to 1/64 triplets. You need to experiment more with your ASR. How could you know how to quantize a track, but not know how to set the timing? There's only 3 steps to quantize a track and it's the middle step.
1) You select your track
2) you select your timing
3) choose entire track or set range.

How do i get better loops going in my sequence. I record a seq. for 4 bars and between 4.4 and 1.1 their is an annoying space everytime...its unlike the mpc which loops from 4.4 to 1.1 perfect with no pause of space.
Honestly, it's just gotta be your timing. I've never had any problems making loops. You just need more practice.
Not to sound cocky, but a lot of people think they have good rhythm, when in fact they don't and it shows in their music. It's all in your rhythm and timing. There is NO SECRET to making perfectly timed loops. It just takes practice.
