Automation of parameters like amp evelope and panning

Hello all. I am trying to find out if most of the parameters in the asr-10 can be automated by a computer sequencer. What I want to do is to be able to change the amp's envelope for each note on a sequence. I.e one note with slow attack then the next with a fast attack. Also I want to be able to automate the panning for each note in each track aswell. I read another post that you can do this with the effects section but I couldn't find any info on all the other parameters. Is it as simple as setting the mod wheel midi cc to control the attack parameter? How do you do this in depth please?

Just use the velocities to modify the attack time. Lot of editing this is the way it's ment to be done ...

Try the so-called patches which allow to create 4 variations of an intrument. Patch selection can be done via the buttons or via midi and realtime response is good. Steps: copy layer, modify layers, allocate the layers to patches. Lot of editing...

There IS a way to modify instr params on the fly using midi sysex, but it will be non-standard and slow (ie useless for realtime control).

Nothing was simple back in the 90s

PS: pan modulation is fully implemented, no problem to use it with a sequencer.
