Using PC to mount and manage files on ASR-HD

I want to take one of my ASR-10 HD's,
connect it to my PC and read the Ensoniq ASR10 files
stored on the HD, and maybe even organize them.

Is this possible? Are there any filesystem drivers or
utilities that are around to accomplish this???
