OS disk for the ASR10!?

i just got a ASR 10 and when i turn it on it says please insert disk...what disk?!? do you have to have a special disk to make the asr 10 work or can you use a regular DSDD 3.5" disk? someone please help me out!

you need a regular floppy disk with the os on it.
