Hello! I purchased the waveboydiks via Eb*y and i got the following problem: I cant save the fx on my sampler. I thought i would extend the 50 effects, but each time i switch the asr 10 off the fx disappeared. I even tried to load them into the system, but the same problem occurs. If you could give me some help i would be very grateful! Fred
thanks for the infos!! but i got one more question: i know this machine works with layers, but how can i chop the samples? please help, because i'm new on the asr? theres also a problem with the rack overheatin'! any idea to solve the problem, maybe cuttin a hole on top and fix a ventilation system?? best wishes in advance, fred

As for the overheating thing, i think you should make the ventilation as close to the ram as you can, and also make sure its not covered by anything......I got the 61 key version and iv noticed it gets a bit warm by the power supply but thankfully nuttint to bad..........
to be honest, i own a rs 7000 an akai s3500(!!!), s6000 and i never had to look
in the manuals, and right now i tried to find something aboutv choppin samples but i cant find any good information about it... im already familar with the asr as drumsampler, but thats the ponly thing i dont get
