Is it dead?

Hey I basically cannot turn it on. I was trying to sample some stuff, then chop it up, then it just cut right off. now i when I flip the switch and the lights blink like its tryin, but can't. Does that mean the power supply is dead, and if so, where in the world can i get one from? Thanks...
