Why not go to an Internet cafe and use windows PC software called Floppy Image Creator?
Then you can simply email your self the image or make a floppy.
Many times the image is a double click and will ask you for a blank floppy.
I think then you can also use the asr10 to copy a floppy but I wonder do you have a HDD on your ASR10? Perhaps you can copy to the drive.
I suggest Internet cafe and Floppy Image Creator.

the ASR10 has a floppy copy function!
command/system midi/copy floppy disk.
You might need to press system midi about 4x to get to "Copy floppy disk"

that will work, too, but just make sure you have disks that are the SAME DENSITY and the destination disk is already empty!! If not, you are gonna overwrite the destination disk.
oh, and don't try to copy a DD disk onto a HD disk that has tape or something over the hole opposite the write protect tab. that will not work.
If you are NOT trying to copy a DD disk, disregard that part.
