can someone help me, i've got a problem with my asr 10 and the iomega 100 mb plus zip drive. If i try to format a 100mb zip disk the asr 10 will stop after a few second with the message "file operation error". After this message the drive wil no longer respond.

Your zip disk might be dead. It happens to some old floppies for me and I toss them into the trash. ~Bad media~

I want to format the disks so i can save samples on them. I bought the asr second hand and it came with some zip disks that where already been written with files. These disks don't give me any problemes in any why, so i don't think the drive is dead! anybody else so ideas
