Saving Instrument Effects

I was wondering if there is a way to save effects to an instrument without having to resample with effects? Basically I want to create an instrument, throw a distortion or reverb on the instrument, save that instrument to zip with the effect and be able to load the instrument back into the board with the effect I applied? Is there a way besides just resampling?

Thanks!

Command --> Effect --> Save Bank Effect

You essentially have to save the effect as a file. Load the Instrument and the load the Bank Effect.

Cool, so I guess if I want to go this route, any instrument that I create an effect for, I will need to save the effect bank and load it with each instrument everytime. I will experiment, I just want an easy way to load instruments/effects for playing live.

Thanks!
